China. Getting Ready

I leave for China in two days. Ok, the car picks me up in 1 day, 19 hours and 20 minutes. I get on the plane to Newark 2 hours and 20 minutes later. I land in Newark at 12:50 pm, change to the China flight which leaves at 3:15 pm….so technically I’m leaving for China in two days, 2 hours and 45 minutes. I don’t think I’ve been this excited since I went to Rome by myself 15 years ago. I’m thrilled, overwhelmed, tired, and scared. I have no idea what to expect or what I will be doing….I’m on this somewhat flakey tour through AIGA. Who knows? I might wind up in Hong Kong and not find a soul…..that might be fun. I hope I can bring in chocolate.
